KVCORE - The next phase of RE/MAX tech

RE/MAX agents lead the industry by focusing on what they’re best at: helping consumers buy and sell real estate. Busy closing transactions, these agents need the latest and greatest technology powering their businesses. That’s why RE/MAX has partnered with Inside Real Estate (IRE) to adopt its renowned real estate platform kvCORE. Soon, RE/MAX affiliates in company-owned regions in the U.S. and Canada will have access to “MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE,” a seamless new hub for automating key aspects of business. Our RE/MAX Metro agents will be receiving these benefits before the rest of the Country! Woo Hoo!! Stay tuned and buckle up for much more to come. During the Opening General Session of the 2022 RE/MAX BOC, Nick Bailey, RE/MAX, LLC President and CEO, provided insight on what affiliates can expect from the new platform. “We made an announcement on July 7 that we're taking a big step in the evolution of RE/MAX technology,” Bailey said. “And the only thing moving faster than this market is [technology].” He continued, “We are so thrilled to be partnering with Inside Real Estate and kvCORE to bring you an absolute world-class platform.”

Bailey shared that RE/MAX is shifting focus to a new system while keeping helpful business tools like First, MegaphoneSM and RE/MAX Hustle available for affiliates’ use, with plans to integrate those tools into MAX/TechSM powered by kvCORE down the road. A future-forward outlook has RE/MAX focused on technology solutions for long-term success. “We know that you need best-in-class technology for your agents, for your recruiting, and [for your] retention. We also know that we need to be thinking about the market three to four years from now.” With MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE, RE/MAX affiliates in company-owned regions will have important tools they need to manage and grow their business all in one convenient place. Users can customize high-quality IDX websites to foster a stronger online presence and can boost marketing with features like video messaging powered by BombBomb that allows for simplified – yet personalized – communication, driving engagement with past, current and future clients. Joe Skousen, Founder and CEO of Inside Real Estate, joined Bailey onstage to unpack the new partnership. “It takes a ton of courage for a brand [and] an enterprise like [RE/MAX] to shift and change – and not just kind of dip their toe into some of the latest and greatest tech, but go all in,” Skousen said. Skousen explained that users of MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE will receive the bolstered version of the platform. Plus, users will have access to the CORE Team Add-On free of cost. “All of this is branded for you and it's tailored to you – and it's integrated with the RE/MAX ecosystem,” he said. The MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE platform will be available to affiliates in company-owned regions.
